At Cor ad Cor Coaching our mission is to accompany women to discover the person God created them to be. We envision a world where women are no longer defined by their productivity, performance or pressure to prove their worth - but instead live in the freedom of knowing WHO and WHOSE they truly are.

Through the unique integration of the fields of Christian theology/faith, communication and positive psychology and wellbeing, we create space for women to move from surviving to flourishing. At Cor ad Cor Coaching, we honour the sacred reality that each woman is a unity of body and soul - and that true flourishing happens when both are seen, valued and nurtured. Through deeply personal, faith-informed coaching, we guide women towards living life in accord with their deepest identity.
